Hey Everyone! So today I wanted to whip something up that would be simple, but delicious. So here's what I decided to make :)
So these little babies are Yellow Cupcakes with whipped Ganache on top. YUM! I've made yellow cupcakes and ganache before, but I never combined the two. I usually top the yellow cupcakes with chocolate butter cream. Anyways, they turned out really good. The ganche was very lightweight, but savory and it went so well with moist cupcakes.
I'm going to make a tutorial on this recipe on my YouTube channel so please stay tuned for that! The recipe is pretty easy so if you're looking for something simple and delicious this is for you.
